Virtual Eid Festival

Virtual Eid Festival: We have been the organizing partner with Asia Society since this annual Eid Festival started 2 years ago.

This year do to Covid the festival was held online. The Islamic Arts Society participated in Asia Society Texas Center’s Festival of Eid: A Virtual Celebration presented by the Tameez Family, highlighting Eid ul-Fitr!

Eid ul-Fitr, which marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan, is an occasion of peace, joy, and festivity. People visit friends and family, give gifts, and eat sweets and delicious food.

All are welcome to participate and engage as a wider community as we celebrate the holiday of Eid al-Fitr with two weeks of programming, showcasing Islamic traditions, arts and crafts, food, music, and more!
